Our team uses an eight-step cleaning process to produce the best possible results. First, we remove dry soil from the rug fibers. Second, we use a pre-conditioning treatment to soften them and ensure the fibers take the rest of the steps well. The third step is pre-spotting, where we apply stain remover to any dark spots. Fourth, we’ll prepare the fringe to make sure it comes out looking like new. Only once these four steps have been completed do we move onto the fifth, which is washing the carpet to remove dirt trapped deep in the fibers. Sixth comes rinsing to wash all the grime away, and seventh is drying. Eighth and last is finishing, where we check our work and make any final fixes.
