Most people know about pressure washing and how that works, but fewer are familiar with soft washing. This technique is designed to wash the delicate exterior surfaces on your property, and it’s a great alternative to the damage often caused by pressure washing.
Unlike pressure washing, which is a mechanical process, soft washing is a chemical process. We use a proprietary cleaning solution that cleans and sanitizes the surfaces our product touches, whether this is a roof, a patio, a fence, or any other exterior surface.
One of the main benefits of soft washing is that it kills bacteria, moss, algae, lichens, and other organic matter completely. These are all decomposers that can eat away at your home’s surfaces and materials over time, causing them to look older and not last as long as they should.
When providing softwashing services, we use a an agricultural-type sprayer and other specialty equipment. We can also custom-blend the solution we use and apply it to match the level of bacterial growth on your home.
