My husband and I are beyond satisfied with this company! The quality of work these guys delivered was phenomenal and extremely professional. Scott, Jim, and Che were experts in helping us renewing our carpet, and making us feel like we were walking on new carpet again. I usually don’t write reviews, but it would be an injustice to this company if I did not. The previous tenants before us left the carpet a mess. The smell for me was unbearable!! However, when they were completely done cleaning, deodorizing, and neutralizing the carpet, I could not believe it honestly. I thought there was no hope for it and it needed to be replaced.

Joshua did a remarkable job cleaning our carpet, tile & grout. After all the dirt tracked in by 3 dogs it was a unbelievable difference, Joshua was purposeful and courteous. Shingle roof cleaning complete. The process was explained in detail. I was told up front it may take a couple of trips out to complete. Pricing is at the low end of the national average for this specific soft wash service. My eight year old roof now looks like it was installed yesterday. We needed our VCT floor tile stripped and waxed within a definite timeframe. Veterans came through with that. They did a great job of stripping, cleaning and applying EPIC floor finish. Very professional staff and completed in the timeframe promised.

Found this business on the BBB website and so glad that I did. They are very courteous, from the first phone call through the final walk through of the job. They wanted to make sure I received exactly what I wanted and expected. Alex and Scott were early to the job, covered what was going to be done again, explaining everything. The house recently had the subfloors replaced so sawdust was everywhere. They did a thorough cleaning to remove the sawdust, inspected the air filter and suggested it be changed immediately to prevent the sawdust being blown back in the rooms. I had not thought of that. In my opinion, that is CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will be recommending them to everyone and certainly using them again.

My home looks spectacular after the pressure wash by Veterans cleaning solutions. Jack and Evans did a phenomenal job all around. The personnel and staff at Veterans are the definition of first class. We felt very comfortable with the sales manager, Hunter, who went above and beyond to get us the deal we were happy with for the service we needed. The techs who came out to clean were respectful, punctual, and always forthcoming with our questions and concerns. They did a phenomenal job cleaning our very large amount of tile and grout in one day and got our floor looking better than we imagined. We would not hesitate to recommend this company to everyone!
I hired Veterans Cleaning Solutions to clean my metal roof, install gutter guards, clean windows, house, patio, drive, and front walkway. I have to say it was worth every penny. The gentlemen who did the work were very professional, answering any of my questions and explaining the process they were using. They were very efficient and fast. They cleaned up all work areas when finished. I will definitely be calling Veterans Cleaning Solutions when it is time to clean my outside areas again. Veterans Cleaning did our Oriental rugs several weeks ago and we had them return to wash our home and roof. Their work was the best we have had and the workers, Jack along with Jared were professional and did their job with care. They were on time, walked us around the house and went over what they were doing. Then, they washed the house, roof, driveway and patio. When they were done they took us around the house again. We were more than satisfied, and will have them back next year to do it again. Thanks for such good work.
Jack and Marc were on time, efficient and communicated well with me. They advised me about parts of my gutters that could use replacement which they noticed while installing my new gutter guards. They were kind to my talkative daughter and patient with my dog who got excited at the window every time he saw them. They even gave me photos of the finished work so I could see the job completed with out getting up on a ladder myself. Very professional work and demeanor. Thank you!
We have made it a point to use Veterans Cleaning Solution each spring as part of our annual maintenance of the house, driveway, walking paths, pool deck, outdoor furniture and other exterior areas because first their employees - like Jack and Travis are great; and secondly their affordability. Lincoln and Haley were awesome! They arrived timely, were professional, and answered all of my questions with care and patience. They cleaned a couch that had 5 years’ worth of dirt from a small child and many pets. They were thorough, took their time, and I am so pleased with the results. The Stuckey home was vastly improved after Veterans Cleaning Solutions helped us today. Marc and Rob worked so steady and efficiently, just staying with the job although getting quite hot. Concrete, decking, windows all looking good because of them. Their manager and owner Jim struck the deal with us.
